It installs easily, replacing the OEM shift lever on your Focus ST with no modifications required to the surrounding console and is a full inch shorter. The short throw shifter also retains the full functionality of the reverse lockout. With 3 selectable positions, shifter throws can be reduced by 10%, 20% or 30%. The shift lever can also be used in conjunction with Boombas fully adjustable Focus ST short shifter adapter plate, capable of shortening throws by up to 51%. The short shifter is designed and manufactured in Boomba\’s manufacturing facility, right here in the United States and all mounting hardware are included.All shift levers are precision CNC machined out of billet steel for strength and long lasting durability.
